One of the biggest dreams for all the bloggers/ website owners to show their website on Google search and get more traffic from SEO of google. To show your website in google you first need to verify your website in Google webmaster tool. All have dreams to show their website pics video and many more things on google. Step-By-Step Guide

 There are two ways to add your website in google Search ( SEO )

• Alternate
• Recommended
• You can use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to verify your ownership of a site on Google Search Console.

#1 Set up the web tracking code

Set up the web tracking code on your web pages.
• Log in your Analytic s account if you not create an analytic account then first create.
• Click on Admin ➢ account ➢ Property ➢ Track info

#2 Add Website in Google Webmaster Central

• Vist this link
• Go to Webmaster Central and click Add a site. Enter the URL of your Website.
• Two tabs are provided: Recommended method and Alternate methods.

➢ If neither Google Analytics nor Google Tag Manager I recommended,
• Select Alternate methods.
➢ Click on HTML tag and copy the meta code and paste it in your website, If you don’t Know how to paste the code then see below,

➢ Or Select either Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager When you paste the code in your website then click verify button.

How to Add meta Tag in WordPress

• Log in to your wordpress
• Click on Appearance and then click on Editor
• Click on Header and then paste code between Two
• When you paste the code then click update file then click on verify in the Google sites.
➢ When you click on verify you see a confirmation message see the image below.

★ All done, Now if you have any doubt that your website will be visible or not in the google search engine or not then go to your browser and type site:domain.com

 If you see front page if fill up with all your website article then it confirms that your website is registered in google and your traffic will be increased.

★ Once your website is verified, you can use Google Webmaster Tools to do all type of diagnostics on your website. For example:

1. Submit an XML sitemap for your site (I use this WordPress Plugin to automatically update my XML sitemap) 2. Discover any problems Google might have crawling your site
3. Discover any duplicate content issues on your site 4. See what keywords people are using to find you
5. See what sites are linking to your website Check your Page Load Speed
